Description:

Helps participants complete their education, obtain career technical skills, and gain employment. Provides them access to room and board services while they learn skills in specific training areas for up to three years. Also offers transitional support service to help find employment, housing, childcare, and transportation. Job Corps graduates will enter the workforce or an apprenticeship, go on higher education, or join the military.

Eligibility:

Participants must be between ages 16 and 24 and are legal United States residents or authorized to work in the United States, who
- is committed to improving his/her education and future, and
- needs job skills training, education, counseling, or related assistance to help get started on a career pathway
