Offers reservation-based public transportation service for the general public. Services operate curb-to-curb and booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Operates weekdays only. Areas served include:
- Monaville Road, IL 83
- Washington Street, US 45
- Belvidere Road
- the Metra MD-North Line
- Cedar Lake Road
- College of Lake County (routine stop; no reservation required)

**Offers free rides for:
- US military personnel who are in uniform and on active duty
- Police and firefighters who are in uniform or present badge

Eligibility:

- Open to all as long as the trip starts and ends within designated zones
- Free rides are open to military personnel who are in uniform and on active duty only, and police and firefighters who are in uniform or present badge

Program Fees:

Set program fee
- $2.00 for one-way trip via Ventra
- $2.25 for one-way trip with cash
- Free for active duty military personnel, police, and firefighters who are in uniform

Intake Process:

- Call, visit website, or download smartphone app to make a reservation at least one hour and up to seven days in advance
- Pending availability, pick-ups may be available only 10 minutes in advance
- Military and emergency personnel must check in with bus operator for free fare
