Description:
Mobile Diaper Pantry that distributes free diapers and wipes to families struggling to afford them. Also distributes period products and feminine hygiene products. Parents can only come twice a month to receive supplies. Also offers incontinence supplies for older adults, people with disabilities, and children with special needs.
Eligibility:
Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident - services provided for families and children. For incontinence supplies, must be ages 65 years or older or ages 5-64 years old with special needs with a doctor's note/diagnosis.

Intake Process:
Visit website to register - online registration is required 24 hours before visit
Documents required:
- Client intake form/policy agreement;
- Government issued photo ID for parent (state ID, driver's license, military ID, passport, VISA)
- Birth certificate for any child in need of assistance
- Prescription of incontinence or IEP/doctor's note with diagnosis (for incontinence supplies)
- MediCare or MediCaid card (for incontinence supplies)
