Provides outpatient podiatry (foot and ankle) services and treatment for various conditions, including:
- Arthritis
- Bunions
- Diabetic foot wounds and care
- Fractures and sprains
- Gout
- Heel pain
- Ingrown toenails
- Hammertoes
- Nail fungus
- Warts
- Sports injuries
- Reconstructive surgery
- Construction of special foot and ankle support devices (orthotics)
- Pediatric podiatry

Documents Required:
- Photo ID
- Current health insurance card
- list of any medications currently taking. This includes prescription or over-the-counter medicines, as well as any vitamins, minerals or dietary supplements.
- A list of any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with the doctor during your visit.
- A completed patient registration packet.
