Description:
Two year program where clients can live in an apartment complex that is staffed to support the individuals. During their stay, clients can also receive case management and independent skills classes, including:
- Budgeting
- Cooking
- Cleaning
Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older and diagnosed with a mental health disorder. Must be medication compliant and clients must have no substance use.
