Description:

Offers classes and workshops for clients to learn techniques to recover from stress and improve physical functioning. Services include:
- Movement classes (exercise, yoga, etc.)
- Relaxation practices (meditation, mindfulness, etc.)
- Expressive arts programming (art therapy, knitting, etc.).

**Due to COVID-19, masks are required in the building.**

Eligibility:

Must be 18 years or older, who are:
- Cancer patients (including individuals who are newly diagnosed, in treatment or living with chronic or recurrent cancer)
- Cancer survivors (ranging from individuals who recently completed treatment to survivors who completed treatment within the last five years)
- Individuals with a loved one living with cancer who meets the above criteria
- Individuals who experienced the death of a loved one due to cancer within the last five years
