Description:

Provides seniors and people with disabilities curb-to-curb transportation to work, shopping, medical appointments, and others.

Eligibility:

Must be an older adult (age 60 or older) or a person with a disability who is a resident of Lake County

Program Fees:

Set program fee:
- $2.00 each way for trips under 5 miles
- $4.00 each way for trips between 5 and 10 miles
- $6.00 each way for trips over 10 miles

Intake Process:

Call during administrative hours to register or schedule a ride - Reservations may be made 7 days in advance for work, medical appointments and College of Lake County trips. Call at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelling a ride, please provide at least 2 hours notice.

- Seniors (Date of Birth)
- Individuals with Disabilities (RTA Reduced Fare Permit number)
