Description:
Provides case management to single-parent families with motivation to become financially self-reliant. Assesses clients' needs, and helps them develop individual service plans and educational goals. Also offers referrals for vocational skills and training. Participants may remain in the program for five years.
Eligibility:
- Must be Lake County resident who is 18 years or older
- Must be Single-parent families with custody of children
- Must have stable housing

Volunteer Opportunities:
1. Children's Activities Volunteer: One Saturday per month we need help with children's activities. Meetings for the parents are from 10-11:30 am and we are in need of volunteers from 9:45-11:45 am to help with children's activities. We usually have arts and crafts, books, board games, coloring, and toys for children of all ages.
