Description:

Mobile pantry that distributes free diapers and hygiene products. Offers free diapers, pull-ups, and wipes (if available) to families with children under the age of 4. Limit of two visits per month to receive supplies.

Also offers incontinence supplies for seniors and individuals with a disability or special needs.

Eligibility:

For diapers/pull-ups and wipes:
- Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident with children between the ages of newborn - 4 years old

For feminine hygiene products:
- Open to all women

For incontinence supplies:
- Seniors and individuals with disability must be 65 years of age or older
- Individuals with special needs must be 4-64 years old with a doctor's note/diagnosis

No fee

Intake Process:

Must register online 24 hours prior to first visit

Documents Required:
- Government issued photo ID for parent (state ID, driver's license, military ID, passport, VISA)
- Birth certificate for any children

For incontinence supplies:
- Medicare or Medicaid card
- Prescription of incontinence or IEP or doctor's note with diagnosis
