Description:

Offers in-home early intervention for low-income families with children under 3 years old. Helps promote early learning, brain development, and resiliency for young children. Services include:
- Individual family home visits and developmental screenings
- Group parenting training sessions
- Center-based group activities
- Connects parents with community resources

Eligibility:

- Must be low-income pregnant women or women with children birth to 3 years of age
- Must be Lake County resident
