Description:
Provides a health care-based violence intervention program to survivors of intentional trauma.
Comprehensive services include:
- Individual and group therapy
- Support and advocacy groups
- Outpatient clinical assessments
- Medication management
- Safety and self-care guidance
- Case management
Eligibility:
Must be ages 10 years and older and the incident occurred in the last three years, except for cases involving losses due to a homicide which have no time limit
